Preventative Service Maintenance Schedule

We are pleased to offer Haas customers a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program carried out by our Haas Factory Certified Service Engineers. Protect your Haas investment and maximize your productivity by utilizing locally available Haas factory-certified professionals to keep your machine in the best possible condition.

24/7 Service Rates

In order to more fully support our Haas customers, we offer 24 hour, 7 days a week service. Because this service is outside our normal business hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 PM there will be a charge for this service regardless of the warranty status of the machine. Please note the following charges:


Mon-Fri	6pm-8am	$250 per hour
Sat-Sun	8am-8am	$250 per hour
Holidays	8am-8am	$350 per hour

If you need to request service after 5:00 PM Eastern, call (336) 665-1080. You MUST listen to the ENTIRE message before pressing any numbers. Follow the directions and you will be forwarded to a technician who will be able to help you.
