I am excited to be your new Jeffreys Manufacturing Solutions machine tool salesman for the Western Tennessee area. I am originally from the upstate of South Carolina and will be moving to the Memphis area to sell the Haas CNC machine tools as well as the other fine products that Jeffreys represents. My 30 year career has been in both the manufacturing setting and the sales arena. I began as a machine tool operator, then setup man, and eventually learned how to write the CNC programs for both CNC Lathes and Machining Centers. I have also worked for various machine tool companies as an Applications Engineer doing time estimates, process improvements and machine tool acceptance run-off's. Welcome to Jeffreys Manufacturing Solutions! I am a Haas Specialist and ready to answer any questions you might have about our machinery and it's application. I have worked in this industry since 1964, when I began a Tool & Die apprenticeship, with Hackett Precision, in Nashville. I worked as a Machinist, Tool & Die Maker, Special Machine Builder, until 1980. I went to work for Schmiede Machine and Tool as their first full time salesman, and sold shop work, machine tool rebuilding and new machines for about nine years. The next step was a term in cutting tool sales, working for Hertel, which was later sold to Kennematel. Six years ago I joined Modern Machinery and sold engineered products, which was acquired by Phillips and I was able to become a full time Haas Specialist.
I have lived and worked in the Nashville, TN area for all that time. I ride a motorcycle, go off road and enjoy photography, but selling Haas is my favorite thing to do.
